Speaker Bio:

Amy Williamson is a CPA and owner of Pivotal Point Accounting. She has 22 years of accounting experience that includes firm environments as well as private industry. Amy became self employed about 8 years ago and continues to assist business owners with back office accounting, tax preparation, streamlining processes and procedures, strategic planning and the like. She has a history of coming in after embezzlement situations and works with organizations and their employees to reestablish integrity within the financial reporting systems. She loves rolling up her sleeves and getting to work. She also has experience in guiding business owners with marketing, human resources and information technology strategies. Amy graduated with her bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville and obtained her CPA license in 2007. Amy has a generous nature and believes in giving back what has been given to her. She has participated in the Relay for Life as Treasurer and Co-Event chair for her local community. She is a Rotarian, serving various roles within the club as well as volunteers at her church.
