    FEBRUARY 12, 2020 - 11:30AM-1PM

Zoom webinar - we will send attendees a Zoom meeting link via registered email with instructions before the scheduled meeting.

Justine Froelker will be presenting to a limited number of virtual attendees at our very first educational & inspirational website for Women Empowering Women

Justine is a Licensed Professional Counselor. For nearly seven years Justine has been certified in the work of Dr. Brené Brown. She has over 20 years of experience in traditional mental health and personal growth. Justine is the author of three best-selling books and was also honored to do TEDx Talks at TEDxUMDearborn and TEDxLaSierraUniversity.

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, this class will introduce the Dare to Lead™ curriculum, a courage-building program for leaders. Daring leaders lead with curiosity and courage, even with and most especially when it comes to emotions at work. They know how to recognize when emotions are running their leadership and choose to lean in with curiosity to choose resilience skills, prevent burnout, and lead well. Participants of this workshop will walk away with new tools, skills, and language to create healthy and courageous team cultures.

Takeaways you can expect from this webinar:

    • Learn the four skills of courage and what makes a daring leader
    • Learn the critical role that curiosity and recognition of emotion play in developing daring leadership skills and resilience.
    • Discuss how the brain is wired for story, how this influences the development of stories that are not true and how these stories can affect our behavior.

Full of grit and grace, Justine Froelker uses her fiery passion, the occasional curse word, and witty humor to share her vulnerability and truth to light up the world. Justine is an advocate for speaking unspoken shame and choosing to thrive when life doesn't turn out how you hoped, dreamed, or planned. Her spirit helps others to feel seen and empowered to change their own lives to love themselves and others well.
